Grief Therapy

Grief Therapy is so much more than death loss, but it’s often the first loss we think of. Grief work is transformative. It’s a change in your life you never wanted, you never asked for, but we’re left with the task of navigating uncharted territory after a loss.

As humans, we grieve deeply over the loss of a loved one. We also grieve the loss of identity, an experience you never got to have, or a relationship you wish you could have with someone.

Sometimes we grieve what will never be.

The parent who can not show up for you emotionally.
The future with someone that feels erased before your eyes.
The loss of a childhood after trauma.

We have to be open to leaning into the transformation, the unknown, and the desire to keep living despite grieving so intensely. If the wounds feel too raw, it may feel too soon for you. Sometimes we need to isolate before we can emerge.

That’s ok. You are healing at your own pace. Come back when you are ready.

And if you are ready, come with me, share your story, and let’s navigate the uncharted grief territory together. You don’t have to do this alone.
